We typically refer to these circuits as DIA (Dedicated Internet Access) or CIR (Committed Information Rate) circuits.

 

Alyrica Networks is multihomed as AS 25961 and owns its own IANA/ARIN ip allocations.  For you, that translates into professional relaibility and know-how.
