Oregon Lifeline Program

As a company that started when our Founders began providing service to their neighbors in rural Philomath, we recognize the importance of having access to reliable high-speed internet at an affordable price.

Alyrica Networks is proud to participate in the Oregon Lifeline Program

The internet has become essential for children to access educational resources, for adults to work from home and receive medical care, and for families to stay connected.

Although the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) has ended, many consumers may still qualify for financial assistance through the Oregon Lifeline Program. This federal and state government initiative provides a monthly discount on high-speed internet service for eligible low-income Oregon households. Through the program, qualifying Alyrica Networks customers can receive a monthly discount up to $19.25 on their internet service.

If you were previously enrolled in the ACP or believe you might be eligible for the Oregon Lifeline Program, it’s easy to see if you are qualified. First, ensure you have current high-speed internet access with Alyrica Networks. Next, complete the online application for the program with the Oregon Public Utility Commission (OPUC). OPUC reviews all applications and has the sole authority to determine eligibility for the program. Once approved, you’ll see the discount applied to your Alyrica Networks account within 30-60 days. For additional information, review the FAQs below to fully understand the program’s requirements and how it operates.

Federal and state regulations limit the Lifeline benefit to one person per household for phone or broadband service. The benefit is non-transferable and you may be required to recertify your eligibility for each year. You must notify the Oregon PUC within 30 days if:
