BEAD is part of the federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. In Oregon the program is run by the Oregon Broadband Office at Business Oregon, which awarded funding to internet providers to reach locations the FCC's National Broadband Map shows as unserved or underserved.
Award recipient: Alyrica Networks, Inc., 526 N 19th Street, Philomath, Oregon 97370.
Oregon organizes BEAD awards by District Grant Area (DGA), drawn along school district boundaries. Alyrica was awarded two. Technology and speeds below are the anticipated values in Oregon's approved BEAD final proposal, by location.
| Federal BEAD award | $6,067,142 |
|---|---|
| Alyrica matching funds | $2,096,859 |
| Total project investment | $8,164,001 |
| Funded locations | 1,205 |
| Period of performance | Four years from award (NTIA approved February 2026) |
Households and businesses outside the funded locations may also be able to connect once the network is built. Speeds are anticipated values from the approved proposal; the plan you choose sets the speed you subscribe to.
Shaded areas are the two District Grant Areas. Turn on funded locations to see each address the state assigned to Alyrica, or enter your address above to check one location.
As a BEAD-funded provider, Alyrica will offer a low-cost broadband service option to eligible households at BEAD-funded locations. The plan details will be published here when finalized.

BEAD projects have a four-year period of performance from award. Our projects are in planning, permitting, and environmental review as of September 2026, and those reviews determine where construction begins. Pre-register and we'll contact you when construction reaches your address.
It puts your address on our list for the BEAD build. There is no cost and no commitment. We use the list to plan construction sequencing and to contact you when service can be installed at your address.
It depends on the technology planned for each location in Oregon's approved BEAD final proposal: fiber locations are planned for up to 2.5 Gbps download and 500 Mbps upload, and fixed wireless locations for 400 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload. The address checker shows the planned technology and speed for your specific address. There are no data caps on any Alyrica plan.
Yes. BEAD-funded providers must offer a low-cost broadband service option to eligible households at funded locations. The plan name, monthly price, speed tier, eligibility requirements, and enrollment process will be published on this page when finalized.
BEAD eligibility was determined by the FCC National Broadband Map and Oregon's challenge process, not by Alyrica. Locations the map showed as already served by 100/20 Mbps broadband were not eligible for funding. If your address isn't on the list, our existing fixed wireless and fiber network may already reach you: use the regular availability check on our home page or call (541) 929-3330.
Possibly. We've served the Willamette Valley since 2002, and our existing fixed wireless network reaches many rural addresses in Linn, Lane, and Benton counties today. Check your address or call (541) 929-3330.
