Locally owned Philomath provider welcomes Viser customers in Turner, Aumsville and Stayton; Viser continues serving its customers in other parts of Oregon.
PHILOMATH, Ore. — Oct. 27, 2026 — Alyrica Networks, a locally owned internet provider based in Philomath, has acquired Viser’s Willamette Valley fiber and wireless network. The sale closed Oct. 19, 2026. Viser’s customers in Turner, Aumsville, Stayton and the surrounding area are now served by Alyrica. Viser continues to serve its customers in other parts of Oregon.
“Viser built the fiber network foundation in Aumsville, Turner and Stayton, and we’re proud to be able to carry it forward,” said Kevin Sullivan, founder of Alyrica Networks. “I founded Alyrica here in Oregon in 2002 to bring better internet access to Oregonians, and adding this network lets us continue to connect our friends and neighbors in a part of Marion County that’s been waiting for it. Our commitment to these customers is simple: the same local service they’ve had, backed by a bigger team and a long-term plan to keep building.”
Service for Viser customers continues without interruption. Over the coming weeks, their billing and online accounts will move to Alyrica’s systems, and Alyrica will contact each customer directly before anything about their account changes.
“It’ll still be Oregon internet access provided and supported by Oregonians,” Sullivan said. “Same local people answering the phone. Over the coming weeks we’ll move billing over to Alyrica and introduce ourselves properly.”
